A recall is the immediate withdrawal of a product from the market due to inadequate quality or pharmacovigilance reasons. It is followed by the immediate cessation of sales, relocation or separation of recalled products into quarantine and rapid notification of customers, as well as the return of products already released from our warehouse and distribution centre in the shortest amount of time possible in order to protect the health of people.
